We are seeking Qualified Personal Carers to join our growing team in providing support to our clients to live independently in their own home environment. You could be assisting in day to day activities, providing transport or participating in community activities, no one day is the same

We don't just employ PCA's or "Support Workers", we employ people who care

After-Care has operated as a successful family owned business for over 24 years. Many of our Carers have been with us for over 5 years and are still going strong. We provide regular ongoing hours of work available across all the days of a week. _**The role is flexible to your circumstances**_.

To be successful in this role, you must live on the Mornington Peninsula and live in Western Port or surrounding suburbs.

**Applicants need to demonstrate the following;**
- A kind and caring nature
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of people whose support needs vary
- Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends or any combination of these hours
- Active with an average level of physical fitness
- Well presented, keen and reliable
- Willing to complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current car licence and own a reliable vehicle
- Experience helping older people or children/adults with a disability or willingness to learn
- Applicants with qualifications in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support is an essential requirement.
