Social Media Marketing Manager (Part-Time, In-Person – Melbourne)

We're on the hunt for a
part-time Social Media Marketing Manager
to join our creative agency team in Collingwood, Melbourne. We're looking for an experienced creative who's equally confident writing captions, designing graphics, and building campaigns that perform. You'll be managing content across multiple brands, working closely with our creative and video teams to bring ideas to life.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns, and paid ads
  • Design graphics and visual assets for digital use (Reels covers, carousels, stories, etc.)
  • Manage scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with our content and video team to plan and execute campaigns
  • Assist with paid media setup and optimisation (Meta + LinkedIn Ads)

You'll need:

  • 3+ years of social media experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong copywriting skills and a sharp visual eye
  • Confidence in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • A solid understanding of paid social media fundamentals
  • Ability to work 3 days per week from our Melbourne office
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Skills in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
