Working closely & collaboratively with a high performing, engaged sales team, this position will define and execute a winning growth strategy across the Woolworths portfolio. How You Will Contribute
- Create and execute strategy and Joint Customer Business Plans for Woolworths
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer Lead and grow our strategic partnerships
- Input into the development and implementation of long-term strategies to meet future customer requirements
- Optimise working cross functionally to deliver top results for the business
- Contribute to building a winning growth mindset TEAM culture by deepening own capability and inspiring colleagues to do the same.
What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment; experience managing major grocery is a must
- A high level of commercial acumen
- Learning agility; able to hit the ground running and pivot when required
- Proven experience developing and executing short and long term retail strategies
- Analytical problem solver with determination to deliver
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills
- Negotiating and influencing skills
This is an initial 12-month contract
