About the Role

We're looking for a Manufacturing Operator to support the production, assembly, and calibration of Enersol's testing equipment. You'll work hands-on with tools, fixtures, and instrumentation, ensuring every unit leaving the line meets strict quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining Enersol's reputation for excellence across a globally regulated industry.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and assemble equipment according to approved work instructions and production schedules.
  • Perform in-process checks, measurements, and calibrations to maintain quality compliance.
  • Maintain accurate production and calibration records for audit and traceability.
  • Identify and report equipment or process nonconformities and assist maintenance and improvement activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing implementation.
  • Follow all health, safety, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Handle raw materials and components appropriately, ensuring correct identification and storage.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production, ideally in electromechanical, medical, or laboratory equipment industries.
  • Familiarity with calibration and documentation processes.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards in a production environment.
  • Competence in using workshop tools, fixtures, and precision instruments (e.g. calipers, gauges).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to precise specifications.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with supervisors, QA, and engineering teams.
  • Commitment to safe working practices and maintaining a well-organised workspace.
  • Basic ERP or production tracking system experience advantageous.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing tools such as 5S or Kaizen desirable.
