The Role

As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in preparing, portioning, and packaging meat products to high standards of safety, quality, and presentation. You'll work in a supportive team environment where respect and collaboration are part of daily life, and where you might even meet the Managing Director on a first-name basis, because everyone's contribution here is valued.

How You'll Contribute

• Processing, trimming, and preparing meat products with care and consistency so every cut meets customer expectations
• Weighing and vacuum-sealing raw meat products with sauces to lock in freshness, flavour, and quality
• Operating specialised equipment such as using the mixer to blend our delicious recipes, the dicer to cut products accurately to size, and the filler to neatly distribute products into their packaging
• Completing packaging tasks with accuracy so labelling, presentation, and portion sizes are spot-on
• Following hygiene, safety, and food handling standards so the workplace stays safe and our food meets the highest standards
• Turning up ready each day for your team to be reliable, on time, and prepared to do your part
• Working together with your team to keep production flowing and meet targets without cutting corners

Please note: This role requires being comfortable working in a chilled environment, as our products are handled and prepared in refrigerated conditions.

• Previous experience in food manufacturing industry is highly regarded

• Physically fit and reliable
