As a Tarocash leader you:

  • Have management experience with proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets both personally and through your team.
  • Can identify opportunities in store to maximise sales.
  • Have the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team.
  • Can lead from the front and support our company's culture and values.
  • Have good time management and can execute company directives in a swift and through manner; with a keen eye for detail.
