Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive project success by aligning construction activities with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets

· Translate design intent into actionable site plans by collaborating with architects, engineers, and trades

· Streamline procurement and logistics to ensure materials, equipment, and resources arrive on time and on budget

· Lead site operations, supervising subcontractors and teams to maintain momentum and quality

· Navigate approvals and inspections by liaising with councils, consultants, and regulatory bodies

· Manage contracts and bids, ensuring clarity, compliance, and value throughout the project lifecycle

· Monitor performance across safety, cost, and delivery metrics, proactively resolving risks and delays

· Champion adaptability, implementing changes and solutions that keep projects agile and outcomes on track

· Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be preferred. Other applicants with full work rights can apply only if they meet the above criteria.
