Key Motors Townsville is expanding We're looking for a motivated and professional Executive Account Manager to join our team and drive strong relationships with our valued SME clients, leasing partners, and local sponsors.

This is more than a sales role – it's about delivering a premium customer experience from first enquiry through vehicle servicing and to repurchase, managing the full car ownership lifecycle with care and confidence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients
  • Managing the full customer journey: enquiry, vehicle selection, sale, delivery, and aftersales support
  • Acting as the primary contact for SME, leasing clients and local sponsor partners
  • Collaborating with internal departments (sales, service, finance) to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Achieving individual and team targets with integrity and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management or automotive sales (SME experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Organised, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction
  • Current driver's licence required
