Account Manager
to join our growing team in
Sydney
, supporting the
Australian market
. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that help our clients succeed.

As an
Account Manager
, you'll execute our Australian sales strategy within defined markets, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to an established customer base. You'll work closely with internal teams and key decision-makers to retain, expand, and maximize customer value — all while achieving and exceeding your sales targets.

This role is hybrid based in our Sydney office 3 days and 2 days WFH. We have offices in Melbourne and Brisbane and are open to candidates in these locations as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of B2B clients through proactive relationship management and solution selling.
  • Execute the sales strategy to deliver growth across existing client portfolios.
  • Respond to all inbound leads within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective account coverage.
  • Attend training, team meetings, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends and maintain an effective network in the industry.
  • Conduct commercial meetings with clients at all levels — including senior executives — to present proposals, negotiate terms, and close opportunities.
  • Leverage consultative selling techniques and recognized sales methodologies to uncover opportunities and maximize customer value.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales and account management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate client needs into tailored business solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative, face-to-face selling and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Experience selling tech solutions into commercial industries (legal, conveyancing, professional services highly regarded).
  • Skilled at building and maintaining professional networks and long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and provide client-focused solutions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency using CRMs (Salesforce highly regarded) and a high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using a recognized sales methodology to drive performance and pipeline management.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving both individual and team objectives.
