The Opportunity

This is a genuinely exciting, brand-new role – one that doesn't exist anywhere else yet. We're looking for a creative professional who's ready to pioneer the intersection of AI and advertising production. If you're passionate about pushing creative boundaries and want to be at the cutting edge of AI-driven content creation.

About You

We're seeking someone with 1-2 years of industry experience in the advertising, creative or post-production sector. You've moved beyond university and have real-world production experience in the art of commercial storytelling, whether that's editing in a production house, working at a creative agency or directly with Brands either as a freelancer or part of the in-house creative/content team

Your background includes:


• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Film & Television, or a related field


• Strong creative writing and design skills demonstrated during your studies and subsequent employment


• Hands-on technical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro


• A portfolio that showcases your creative and technical abilities


• Award School qualification (preferred, but not essential)

Key Responsibilities


• AI Production: Generate and edit AI video content that meets client briefs


• Creative Execution: Transform concepts into compelling visual stories using AI tools


• Responsive Iteration: Take feedback directly from clients and team members and implement changes efficiently


• Quality Control: Ensure all outputs meet BrandComms.AI's high creative and technical standards

• Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging advertising


• Creative problem-solver who can balance artistic vision with client requirements


• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a start-up environment


• Excellent attention to detail
