About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail sales achiever to join our team at Bargain Home Appliances' store in Moorabbin VIC 3189. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our high-quality home appliances.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through our product range to find the best solutions for their needs
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy store appearance to create a welcoming environment for our customers
  • Assisting with stock management and replenishment tasks to ensure product availability
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting up to 15kg as part of stock management duties
  • Actively contributing to the overall success of the store by identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the home appliances or electronics industry
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and the drive to continuously learn about our product range
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude that aligns with our company values
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
