About the role

AHIC (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (HVAC) to join our dynamic team in Yatala, QLD. You may already be in the electrical or HVAC wholesale industry looking to take the next step in career.  In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic opportunities within the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry channels -Wholesale, Dealer and Contractors .
  • Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform the company's sales and business development strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

  • Desire to achieve and develop territory -ownership.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the Electrical /HVAC market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives
  • Willingness to learn field base sales , on the road daily, multiple sites.
  • Qualification in a relevant field, such as, trade base business, marketing, or engineering.
