We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in Yatala. As the first point of contact for any organisation, a receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the client and visitor experience. With a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, a receptionist must bring a professional and welcoming presence to every interaction. Thrive in fast-paced environment, adeptly managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting internal teams with efficiency and discretion. They must be committed to creating a positive, organised, and approachable atmosphere that reflects the values and professionalism of the company.

About the Company:

Gassman Development Perspectives provides specialist expertise in civil engineering, town planning, urban design, environmental management, landscape architecture and land surveying and spatial services to a select group of private, public and resource sector clients.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Answering and forwarding phone calls and emails

· Meeting and greeting clients

· Data Entry

· Collecting and distributing mail on a daily basis

· General administration duties

· Other ad hoc tasks as directed by management
