The Opportunity:

We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Service Manager to join our skilled team in our WAGGA WAGGA Branch

You will be guiding our team of highly skilled technicians to service and repair a large variety of agricultural machinery. Tractors, headers, seeders, self-propelled sprayers.

About the role:

  • Organise and coordinate the operations of the service department by leading a team that provides excellent customer service and ensures high quality workmanship.
  • Mentor, motivate and engage all employees to high levels of performance.
  • Oversee/ Maintain detailed records of service work carried out.
  • Supervision of technical work performed, work progress and checking work at completion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Diesel, Ag Trade or Plant Mechanic Certificate - Required
  • Current class C (or higher) drivers licence - Required
  • Forklift licence - Required
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Required
  • Capable of providing excellent customer service, at all times
  • Professional, motivated, willing to work in a team and have strong attention to detail
  • A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of Technicians and Apprentices.
