Beautifully renovated, keeping it's original charm to create a unique and welcoming atmosphere, attracting visitors from around the country and locals alike.

We are looking for a Venue Manager to join and lead our front of house team.

Working closely with the Licensee you will:

Assist in the leading of day-to-day operations across the venue. You will manage a dedicated team during your shift, providing exceptional levels of customer service as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community.

You'll be across the daily bar operations, making sure service runs smoothly, staff are supported and guests are happy.

You will also collaborate with our events co-ordinator and management team to elevate guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Supervising staff and day-to -day operations

Assisting with rosters, stock management and bar presentation

Maintaining RSA compliance and safe service standards

Training, mentoring and motivating the team

Opening or closing the venue, depending on shift

ABOUT YOU:

Established leadership skills

The ability to provide personalised service to all our patrons

Experience with POS systems

A collaborative approach with management

A keen eye for detail

Calm under pressure, quick thinking and guest-focused

Flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays

Having working rights in Australia
