The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and team-focused Chef who thrives in a busy, creative kitchen and loves working with quality ingredients.

Operational days: Tuesday to Sunday, giving you a consistent roster and great work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and cooking of daily menus and specials
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and consistency
  • Communicate clearly with FOH and management
  • Improve and innovate food quality and efficiency
  • Manage stock rotation, preservation, and freezing of produce
  • Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
  • Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards
