Due to growth and expansion, Wine & Dine'm Catering is seeking a Senior Executive Chef to oversee and drive all kitchen operations across our well-established and highly regarded catering business.

This is a dynamic leadership role, not desk-bound, but also not purely hands-on. You'll lead by example; working alongside our talented chefs to deliver premium events while driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Catering Operations Manager and Senior Kitchen Team, you'll oversee and support all aspects of the kitchen, including:

Position Requirements:

  • Leadership across kitchen operations and team performance
  • HR support; recruitment, mentoring, training, and team development
  • Recipe costings, supplier negotiation, and menu innovation
  • Overseeing food safety, HACCP, and compliance systems
  • Managing budgets, supplier relationships, and cost controls
  • Innovating in menu design, service delivery, and presentation
  • Maintaining excellence in quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Financial and KPI management
  • Compliance training and documentation
  • Rostering, timesheets, and workflow planning
