"Brisbane Brewing Co" is a Pub/Restaurant/Gaming venue located in Woolloongabba.

We require an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our team of hospitality professionals.

Our reputation at Brisbane Brewing Co is grounded in the consistent quality of our food and friendly service. Meals are served lunch and dinner, 7 days. Our customers book functions here most weekends and we enjoy steady trade from the Gabba on game days and from the Princess Theatre before and after shows.

Brisbane Brewing Co.'s point of difference is that we brew our own beer. We have a full range of Craft beers made by ourselves, as well as a range of commercial beers/spirits/wines/cocktails. Our beer is brewed by our sister venue, Brisbane Brewing Co., located in West End.

As the successful applicant, you will have a passion for excellent food, you enjoy working hard and thrive in leading a team consisting of a Head Chef, Sous Chef and Qualified Chefs

Excellent public transport nearby as well as parking on weekends.

We are looking for the successful applicant to start as soon as possible.

Applicants must be aged 15 years or older to be eligible for this apprentice chef position.

Australian permanent residency is required for this role.

This position requires availability to work on a rotating 5-day schedule across our 7-day operation.
