The role will based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid working model with two days in the office and strong work life balance.
The role
- As a Senior Manager you will lead client engagements, delivering workforce analytics and advisory solutions to a diverse client based
- This will include managing project resources
- A large part of the role will be centred on Payroll projects and initiatives, focusing on developing and delivering advanced analytical solutions including automation, dashboard development, data integration, insights and modelling
Your experience
- Demonstrated experience in Workforce Analytics essential either in a consulting or client side role
- Experienced in mentoring or managing teams , either formally or informally
- Technical skills in Databricks, Python/ R and Pyspark essential
- Previous experience of working within Consulting would be advantageous
