Synchro Partners are partnering with an organization and consulting within workforce management technology solutions. Due to team growth, we are seeking a Senior Workforce Management Systems Consultant to join the team.

The role revolves around solutioning and working with workforce planning technology solutions. With the aim to help clients achieve operational excellence through data-driven decision making, forecasting accuracy, and scheduling efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and improve workforce management systems, processes, and strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end workforce management solutions, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time adherence.
  • Conduct WFM maturity assessments and recommend improvements tailored to client business models and KPIs.
  • Partner with operations, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of WFM technologies and processes.
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on WFM tools and best practices.
The Successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in Workforce Management, preferably in consulting or enterprise-level environments.
  • Expertise in WFM systems such as Kronos, NICE, Verint, Aspect, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting models, scheduling optimization, and labor law compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups.
