We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Analytics Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Workforce and Innovation division within KPMG's Tax practice. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about data, technology, and problem-solving, with a desire to drive innovation and provide cutting-edge solutions in a collaborative environment. You will design, develop, and deliver advanced analytical solutions using automation, data-driven insights, and the latest technologies. Your work will align with KPMG's LEAP strategy, focused on Leading Edge Automation and Processes to enhance efficiency, improve client outcomes, and drive innovation in the services we provide.
Key responsibilities and areas of focus include collaborating with the senior engagement team across multiple clients and projects, designing, building and optimising client analytical solutions, productionising new analytical solutions and models, and building, maintaining and deploying private libraries for scalable solutioning.

- Design, build, and optimise client analytical solutions
- Collaborate with the analytics team to build, optimise and productionise new analytical solutions and models
- Build, maintain and deploy private libraries for scalable solutioning
- Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards
- Grow our portfolio of services by developing innovative solutions, tools or dashboards leveraging client data
- Identify trends and opportunities in data platforms to inform future development of solutions and evolving our data analytics platform
- Contribute value by bring innovation and knowledge into design and operation of solutions and share knowledge across the team
- A commercial and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present ideas with impact to clients and stakeholders
- 3+ years of data integration and analytics experience within Workforce, HR and Payroll
- 3+ years of programming experience in Python
- Hands-on experience building and deploying analytical solutions for large-scale data use cases within Databricks
- Extensive and proficient skills in Microsoft Azure (DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Functions, App Services, Containers, SQL Server, Databricks)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Working with the senior engagement team across multiple clients and projects
- Designing, building and optimising client analytical solutions
- Working closely with the analytics team to build, optimise and productionise new analytical solutions and models
- Build, maintain and deploy private libraries for scalable solutioning
- Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards
- Growing our portfolio of services by developing innovative solutions, tools or dashboards leveraging client data
- Identifying trends and innovation in data platforms to inform future development of solutions for clients and evolving our data analytics platform
- Actively adding value by bringing innovation and knowledge into designing and operating solutions and sharing knowledge across the team
