We're OLX Studios, a boutique digital marketing agency that's growing quickly. Our core service is email marketing, and we're expanding into SEO, paid ads, and organic social. We work with a portfolio of exciting eCommerce and lifestyle brands, delivering high-quality, data-driven marketing.

We're looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Specialist (all-rounder) to join us part-time (~20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the agency scales. This is a chance to not only work across channels but also to help build and grow the agency with me.

About the Role

This is a cross-channel role with a strong focus on email marketing. You'll help brief and QA the implementation team's work, support project planning, and ensure client deliverables are on time and to a high standard.

Day to day, you'll be reviewing campaigns, flows, and creative assets, helping coordinate work across the team, and supporting client retainers across organic social and paid media. Over time, there's also an opportunity to grow into account management responsibilities and more client-facing work.

Must-Haves

  • Based in Australia (essential)
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or eCommerce environment.
  • Relevant qualification in marketing or communications.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • An eye for design and digital best practice, with confidence reviewing creative work for email and social.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with organic social content planning and/or management.
  • Understanding of paid ads and ability to review creative assets.
  • Experience working directly with clients, or interest in developing account management skills.
