Our business specialises in all types of Commercial Fitouts, including Office Fitouts, Café, Bar and Restaurant Fitouts, Medical Fitouts, and Retail Fitouts just to name a few.

We have an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Mid-Senior Level Commercial Interior Designer to join our friendly and passionate team.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Melbourne office. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand presence, responsible for crafting compelling content, managing social media, executing campaigns, and coordinating events. You'll work closely with the Director to deliver innovative marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute marketing programs including email, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain and update website content and marketing collateral.
  • Lead generation and campaign performance analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage cost-effective marketing initiatives.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms.
  • Capture and produce high-quality visual content for digital use.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Grow and manage social media communities.

Event & Coordination

  • Coordinate client events and promotional campaigns.
  • Liaise with photographers and external vendors.
  • Oversee CRM coordination.

Advertising

  • Manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance.

Site Visits & Visual Assets

  • Regularly visit project sites to capture updated content.
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library.

Recruitment Marketing

  • Write and manage job ads across platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proactively suggest improvements and innovations.

General Expectations
