The Gig:

As a Senior Consultant in the Workforce Advisory team, your mission is simple; turn customers into die-hard fans, amplify the PeopleBench brand, and supercharge workforce solutions

The workforce advisory team is the trusted go-to for school leaders, armed with cutting-edge data insights to tackle their most pressing workforce challenges. Whether it's solving high turnover, designing resilient structures or igniting cultural change and transformation, every project is a chance to revolutionise how schools attract, retain, and empower their people.

Picture this: You walk into a high-stakes meeting with a large school system facing a workforce crisis. Teachers are leaving in droves, and leaders are desperate for answers. But you're not about band-aid fixes; you're armed with cutting-edge insights from the PeopleBench platform. You uncover hidden trends, dive deep into their challenges, and craft a transformative strategy that tackles today's issues while paving the way for long-term success.

You'll team up with the CXO (Chief Experience Officer) who is an absolute force of nature - a visionary leader with an impressive track record and a rare blend of strategic brilliance and hands-on expertise. She's not only exceptional at what she does, but also deeply committed to rolling up her sleeves, leading from the front, and inspiring teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes. With a background that commands respect and a skillset that bridges innovation, execution, and people leadership, she embodies the perfect mix of head and heart.

What you'll get up to:

  • Own epic client projects - think workforce strategy, organisation design, accountability frameworks, function/job design, and game-changing innovation. Bring your HR and OD magic to craft solutions that transform K-12 schools
  • Support the CXO with uncovering long-term opportunities to embed the PeopleBench platform and elevate HR practices in schools; Because better schools means a better future for Australia.
  • Level up professional learning and psychometric tools that drive adoption, create impact and turn customers into lifelong fans
  • Spot upsell, expansion, and retention opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product to make that happen
  • Be the voice of the customer, making sure their insights shape every new product, process, and offering PeopleBench create.
  • Show up and shine at forums and events; representing Peoplebench with energy, passion and undeniable charisma.
  • Hit the road Travel as needed to connect with clients and colleagues, building relationships that matter.
