About the Role
As the Head of Workforce and Mobility RAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a person-centred, agile, and future-ready workforce. You'll lead a team of Workforce Leads and Business Partners and collaborate with home administrators to ensure our staffing strategies meet evolving care needs and regulatory standards.
Your leadership will drive:
- Strategic roster planning and workforce optimisation
- Seamless onboarding and internal mobility programs
- Career pathways and talent development initiatives
- Workforce planning aligned to Daily Care Minutes
- Recruitment, retention, and employer branding strategies
- Budget oversight and cost-saving initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement across internal and external networks
About you:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in operations or business management
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in workforce planning and mobility management
- Knowledge of aged care regulations and standards
- Proficiency in workforce management software
- Commitment to continuous improvement
