We're looking for a proactive, creative, and motivated Sales & Business Development Assistant to join our team in a flexible, hands-on role. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about sales, marketing, styling, and luxury lifestyle brands, who wants to gain real-world experience and be part of a growing business.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with our core team to assist across sales, business development, marketing, and admin support. No two days will look the same — one day you might be researching new stockist opportunities, the next helping style a photoshoot or assist with a campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Assist with outreach and follow-ups to potential stockists, collaborators, and customers
  • Help prepare sales materials and presentations
  • Research new leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and shape sales strategies

Marketing & Styling

  • Support on creative shoots – styling, prep, and behind-the-scenes coordination
  • Assist in coordinating content for socials, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
  • Contribute ideas to enhance brand visuals and storytelling

Admin & Adhoc Tasks

  • Assist with general admin (data entry, scheduling, sample coordination, etc.)
  • Provide support across projects and day-to-day business needs

About You:

  • Passionate about sales, marketing, and/or fashion, design, or luxury goods
  • A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong communicator with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and thinking creatively
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving team
