About the role:
Are you a detail-driven and enthusiastic team player looking to grow your career in live entertainment? We're seeking a Tour Operations Coordinator to join our Melbourne team and support the delivery of tours across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you'll work closely with promoters, venues, and internal teams to coordinate venue availability, assist with tour routing, and keep key systems up to date. You'll play an important part in ensuring every tour runs smoothly from planning through to show day, keeping information accurate, communication clear, and operations seamless.

What you'll be doing:
- Tour coordination: Support promoters with tour planning by managing venue availability and assisting with efficient routing.
- Operational support: Work with Promoter Operations Managers to deliver smooth day-to-day operations across multiple tours.
- Data management: Maintain and update key systems (ClickUp, ROME) with accurate event details and venue information.
- Communication: Liaise with venues, promoters, and internal stakeholders to confirm details and share timely updates.
- Documentation: Prepare and distribute venue confirmations, itineraries, and tour documentation to relevant departments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Production & Logistics teams to align on technical and routing requirements.
- Reporting: Assist with compiling departmental reports and maintaining well-organised records.
