We are looking for detail-oriented Tour Administration Coordinator to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the travel industry.
**THE ROLE**
- Ensure daily tasks are completed in accordance with required deadlines
- Issue daily reports ensuring that content is accurate, consistent and in a timely manner
- Manage workflow of inboxes prioritising tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Meet contractual deadlines across multiple products and destinations
- Liaise and maintain relationships with our internal product teams and external suppliers.
- Monitor and review processes with a view to making efficiency improvements for the benefit of the entire team
- Ability to work well both independently responsible and within a team environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Exceptional commitment to detail
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Problem solving skills
- The ability to gain and retain knowledge of APT product
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Effective communication competencies
- Working and closely aligned with all teams across the business especially Product, Operations and Reservations Teams
- Playing a vital role in supporting business relationships with suppliers
- Its crucial suppliers have a positive experience with our brand.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Travel industry experience and systems knowledge a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- Ability to deal with last minute changes which increase workload
- Willingness to continually learn and grow
- Well developed analytical skills
- Demonstrate strong teamwork while maintaining the ability to work autonomously
