The role provides expert support to the Head of ECEC and works collaboratively with the Wanslea's Quality and Risk Team to embed a culture of excellence and compliance across all ECEC programs. It also works closely with the Child Safeguarding Manager to ensure safeguarding standards are consistently applied and that services remain vigilant, responsive, and aligned with organisational frameworks for child safety.
