We are looking for a leader to help us deliver the service and quality our guests have come to expect.

Specifically, this will be achieved through;

  • Leading and coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently, inspiring others to learn and develop.
  • Building a guest focused team who can relate to all walks of life and build links between the café and the local community.
  • Managing costs in a business to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.

Our Management Positions are Permanent, and Full Time, with shifts across the week and weekend, with a variety of early and late starts.

We offer a comprehensive internal training program to set you up for success – and on top of that the ability to achieve Nationally Recognised Qualifications, entirely while you work.

With our network continuing to grow, in both cafes, hotels and bars – opportunities to grow and develop, relocate or branch out are available to all high performers.
