**Instore Domino's Team Member**

**Position Title**: Instore Team Member
**Location**: Dominos Scarborough, WA
**Reports To**: Store Manager/Shift Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
As an Instore Team Member at Domino’s, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This dynamic position involves a variety of responsibilities, from preparing delicious pizzas to handling customer interactions, all while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly, take orders in person, over the phone, or online, and ensure a positive experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare pizzas, sides, and other menu items to Domino’s specifications.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- **Store Operations**:

- Assist with daily store operations, including restocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support team members in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store.
- **Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational goals and ensure timely service.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Adhere to Domino’s policies and procedures at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $12.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 18 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
