ALG Talent has a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established organisation based at Mascot Airport. This is a causal ongoing contract offering full time hours and the potential for permanency should you excel in the role. You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a great work-life balance.

As a Project Manager you will be in a key role ensuring various projects are executed and completed. This role will see you collaborate with a range of stake holders such as engineers, designers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring projects are managed effectively being delivered on time and within budget.
  • Constructing various project plans, ensuring project goals are clearly understand and that all resources required for various tasks are available.
  • Ensure coordination through effective communication to various stakeholders (all levels).
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the aviation or Automotive industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects.
  • Previous experience working in an engineering environment (Essential).
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols in Australia (CASA).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
