Your new role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a talented lawyer/Associate with 3-6 years post-admission experience (PAE) in commercial disputes or litigation. You'll be part of a dynamic team handling a diverse range of matters including:

  • Commercial and corporate disputes, such as insolvency, shareholder issues, and professional negligence claims.
  • Succession law and estate litigation, including wills, trusts, elder law, and guardianship matters.
  • Regulatory and administrative law, including investigations, complaints, and government decision reviews.
  • Construction and strata-related litigation, as well as broader contractual and governance disputes.

You'll work closely with a broad range of stakeholders and develop into a well-rounded dispute and advisory lawyer.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-6 years PAE in commercial disputes, litigation, or a related practice area.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client engagement.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a supportive team culture.
