Firm seeking 3 years + PQE Wills and Estates Associate

**Your new company**

A highly sought after firm that provides legal services across multiple disciplines is seeking an Associate to join their Wills & Estates team.

**Your new role**

Working in an established and collaborative team, your new role will see you responsible for:

- Estate planning
- Preparation of Wills including Powers of Attorney and Testamentary of Trusts
- Estate Litigation
- Letters of Administration and;
- Distribution of Estates.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this position, you must have the ability to:

- Preparation of court documents
- Prepare evidence
- Advocate
- Appear in courts and tribunals
- Represent clients in dispute resolution
- Effectively negotiate
- Undertake research
- Prepare cost proposals
- Manage client demands and expectations
- Mentor and coach junior staff
