About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Group Transformation Manager to lead our organisation in the adoption of technology and systems to support ongoing growth to the organisation. This role is central to shaping the future of our business, ensuring processes, technology platforms, and business practices evolve in line with our ambitious growth strategy.

A key focus will be the end-to-end implementation of MYOB Acumatica ERP, including planning, configuration, integration, testing, training, and successful go-live. Working across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales, to deliver streamlined workflows, stronger reporting, and scalable systems to support long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate, introduce, and lead the implementation of MYOB Acumatica ERP across all business units.

· Act as primary liaison with vendors, IT, and internal teams to ensure delivery.

· Map, standardise, and automate business processes to boost efficiency.

· Develop and implement new workflows that support scalable growth.

· Data integrity, and system security.

· Drive group-wide transformation initiatives to simplify workflows and improve reporting visibility.

· Foster change adoption through structured training, support, and continuous improvement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

· Proven experience in ERP implementation.

· Minimum 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience is required for this position.

· Strong background in business transformation, change management, or process optimisation.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.

· Experience managing projects with budgets between $1M - $5M is essential.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

· A solutions-focused mindset, with resilience and adaptability in complex change environments.

· Manufacturing ERP experience is preferred for this role.

· Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required.
