About us

Our team is specialised in remedial plumbing, maintenance and repairs. We have been in business for over 10 years and our clientele consists of strata, real estate and commercial real estate clients.  We are a fully staffed team with over 14 plumbers on the road, and office staff.

We're on the hunt for an administrative assistant to join the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Scheduling & Coordination

  • Book, reschedule and confirm appointments with clients and technicians.

  • Maintain and update the daily job calendar.
  • Allocate jobs based on technician availability and skillset.
  • Job Management

  • Track the progress of jobs from start to finish.

  • Ensure all required information, materials and access details are ready before the job date.
  • Follow up on incomplete jobs or outstanding information.
  • Report Production

  • Prepare professional job reports using photos and technician notes.

  • Ensure reports are accurate, well-formatted, and delivered on time to clients
  • Assist in compiling quotes and documentation based on findings.
  • Customer Communication

  • Answer and respond to incoming calls and emails.

  • Provide updates to clients on job status, arrival times, and next steps.
  • Handle basic enquiries and escalate more complex issues as needed.
  • Office Administration

  • Maintain digital records of jobs, correspondence, and reports.

  • Assist with invoicing and data entry (depending on experience).
  • Support the director and technicians with day-to-day admin needs.

About You

  • Proficient in speaking and writing English
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail – particularly with written reports and data entry.
  • Confident using basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a trade, service, or small business environment is a plus.
