Join our friendly and dynamic team at Harcourts Unlimited Real Estate, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. We're seeking a proactive Property Officer to provide day-to-day support to our busy Property Management department.

About the Role

You'll be assisting our Property Managers with the daily operations of the portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all rental properties. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tenancy applications, lease preparation, and renewals
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with tradespeople and tenants
  • Conduct routine inspections and assist with entry and exit condition reports
  • Manage phone and email enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses
  • Support rent collection and arrears management
  • Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team

About You

  • Previous experience in real estate or administration preferred but not essential
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
