About Us:

Pilbara Motor Group has proudly served the Pilbara region for over 22 years, starting as a small dealership in Port Hedland. Today, we operate multiple locations across the Pilbara, representing trusted automotive brands including Toyota, Nissan, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute, and ARB. Our team of over 250 local employees is committed to delivering exceptional service throughout Western Australia.

Supporting our regional dealerships is our Welshpool-based operation – Perth Motor Bodies – which includes a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication facility, paint shop, and corporate office. As part of our corporate team, you'll be working in a fast-paced, friendly environment with plenty of variety.


The Role:

As the Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office by managing front desk responsibilities and providing administrative support across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Greeting and assisting clients, customers, and visitors
  • Managing office and kitchen supplies
  • General administrative support to various departments
  • Ordering stationery and managing stock levels
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
  • Assisting with planning and coordinating internal events
  • Providing support to the accounts department
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Outstanding customer service and professional phone manner
  • Able to meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Current driver's licence
