Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager with an interest in real estate to join the team – someone with experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team.

You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. You will use your qualifications and experience to work on matters that will include:

  • Structuring, with a particular focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts
  • Tax due diligence and transaction document review
  • Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing and/or reviewing trust and company tax returns
  • Research and analyse technical tax issues
  • Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
  • Support with business development initiatives and proposals
  • Mentor, develop and lead teams
