Job Description:

Join our dynamic SVVH Rehab at Home team and help transform recovery journeys for patients following elective orthopaedic surgery. As a Physiotherapist, you'll deliver short-term rehabilitation services in the comfort of patients' homes, supporting their recovery and helping them achieve optimal outcomes.

You'll work closely with our care coordinators, and administration staff, using both in-person and virtual care platforms to provide tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy.

About the Role 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with demonstrated experience in the health care sector to join our team.  

This position is open for full-time work, and we also welcome candidates with part-time availability to apply.

On a daily basis you will: 

  • Deliver high quality evidence-based physiotherapy services in person and virtually across a range of community programs.

  • Communicate assessment and treatment outcomes to nursing, medical and other Allied Health staff.

  • Organise and implement in-service training sessions for staff, the physiotherapy assistants, students and volunteers

  • Guide administrative team tasks and support workload prioritisation.

Your Contribution 

  • Recent experience in and knowledge of physiotherapy management in an acute or subacute health care

  • Current registration with AHPRA, Physiotherapy Degree, as well as a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
