About Us

Urban Physiotherapy Sports Injury Clinic is one of North Sydney's leading multidisciplinary practices, offering physiotherapy, dietetics, and reformer Pilates. We are known for our focus towards sport related injury rehabilitation, commitment to client outcomes, and supportive culture.

We are expanding and looking for a physiotherapist to take on a hybrid role—splitting your time between:

  • Sports & Musculoskeletal clients in the clinic – treating acute and chronic injuries, post-op rehab, and performance-based rehab in our fully equipped clinic with reformer Pilates and a strength & conditioning gym
  • Mobile physiotherapy in the community – delivering care in homes, workplaces, aged care facilities, and other community settings

Our services cover:

  • Sports and Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Post-operative rehab (hip/knee replacements, fractures, surgical recovery)
  • Aged care – mobility, falls prevention, and independence
  • WorkCover, CTP, and NDIS
  • Workplace physiotherapy & Ergonomic consulting

You will also have access to our strong network of surgeons, cardiologists, and GPs, giving you trusted referral pathways and collaboration opportunities for complex cases.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated part-time or full-time physiotherapist (new grads encouraged to apply) who enjoys variety and wants to grow in both sports/private practice and community care.

About You

  • AHPRA-registered physiotherapist (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • Passionate about helping people—whether it's returning to sport, recovering post-surgery, or maintaining independence at home
  • Confident (or willing to grow) in both manual therapy and exercise-based rehab
  • Excited to work across sports clinic and community settings
  • A strong communicator who values teamwork and rapport building
  • Current driver's licence
  • Access to own car
