The Opportunity

Join One&All Studio as our second physiotherapist in a role that evolves from coverage to permanent position. Step into an active caseload from November 21, 2025 – January 5, 2026, then continue as our permanent team member.

We're seeking a rehab-focused physiotherapist (2-5 years experience) who excels in later-stage recovery including strength, reconditioning, and return-to-sport/work rehabilitation.

Choose Your Career Path

General Practice Track: Master comprehensive musculoskeletal physiotherapy with broad clinical expertise.

Sports & Rehab Track: Specialise in sports rehabilitation with dedicated CPD support for GLAD programs, clinical Pilates, and strength & conditioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mixed MSK, post-op and return-to-play caseloads
• Design and progress comprehensive rehab programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for seamless patient care
• Develop treatment plans focusing on long-term patient independence
• Help shape our sports & rehab pathway (GLAD and clinical Pilates programs launching 2026)

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• AHPRA registration
• 2-5 years physiotherapy experience (general MSK or sports-focused)
• Strong foundation in biomechanics, exercise prescription, and load management
• Confidence planning and progressing rehab programs from post-op to return-to-activity
• Available for morning, evening and weekend shifts

Highly Regarded:

• VALD Performance systems experience or eagerness to learn
• Interest/experience in GLAD programs for hip/knee/back
• Clinical Pilates or strength & conditioning background
• Sports physiotherapy pathway interest

Remuneration & Benefits

• Base salary per Health Professionals Award + performance incentives
• $100,000+ annual earning potential based on billings
• 5 hours paid professional development weekly (1 hour daily Mon-Fri clinical meetings)
• Professional development allowance including sports specialisation support
• 4 weeks annual leave
• 30-38 clinical hours per week with potential 4-day week option
• VALD training and equipment access
• 80% booking utilisation target for optimal work-life balance
