Kidi Kingdom is a vibrant, family-owned childcare provider with 3 centres across Coomera, Pimpama, and Springfield. We strive to deliver 'the happiest kingdom for kids on the planet' through building a great team of employees who are passionate about best practice early childhood education and true quality operations.

We care for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years, offering long day care, before and after school care, and school holiday/vacation care. Our 'whole child' philosophy nurtures academic, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment.

We currently have exciting opportunities for qualified and experienced Educational Leaders at our Pimpama and Coomera centres.

As an Educational Leader at Kidi Kingdom, you will:

  • Inspire and guide curious, playful minds in a safe, supportive setting
  • Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to a dedicated team of educators
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver best practice in early childhood education
  • Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, our team, and the wider community

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Educational Leader (highly regarded)
  • Relevant qualifications: Certificate III or higher (e.g. Diploma in ECEC)
  • Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development frameworks and practices
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • A genuine passion for early learning and creating positive outcomes for children
