_**Kidi Kingdom**_ _is a vibrant, family-owned childcare provider with 3 centres across Coomera, Pimpama, and Springfield. - We care for children aged _**6 weeks to 13 years**_, offering long day care, before and after school care, and school holiday/vacation care. Our ‘whole child’ philosophy nurtures academic, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment._

We currently have exciting opportunities for **qualified and experienced Educational Leaders** at our **Pimpama and Coomera centres**.

As an Educational Leader at Kidi Kingdom, you will:

- Inspire and guide curious, playful minds in a safe, supportive setting
- Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
- Provide leadership and mentoring to a dedicated team of educators
- Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver best practice in early childhood education
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, our team, and the wider community

**What We're Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader (highly regarded)
- Relevant qualifications: Certificate III or higher (e.g. Diploma in ECEC)
- Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development frameworks and practices
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for early learning and creating positive outcomes for children

Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
