Our purpose-built 100-place early learning centre in Upper Coomera is thoughtfully designed to inspire joy, connection, and lifelong learning. With six spacious studios and a dedicated Nature Adventure Play Space, Gumera offers children and educators a place to grow, explore and belong.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team through a maternity leave period until March 2026 — someone who shares our values and commitment to quality, community and genuine care.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership, operational oversight, and guidance to your team. You'll ensure the centre maintains the highest standards of education, compliance, and family engagement while fostering a warm, inclusive culture that embodies Gumera's philosophy of love and belonging.

You will:

  • Lead and mentor a passionate team of educators and leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement across all quality areas
  • Manage day-to-day operations, budgets and occupancy
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the community
  • Uphold compliance with the National Quality Framework and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the Approved Provider and leadership team
What You'll Bring
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved)
  • Proven leadership experience in an ECEC setting
  • Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS and Assessment & Rating processes
  • Exceptional communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for nurturing relationships and leading with heart
