We are seeking a proactive Systems Support Officer to provide essential support to the National Data & Systems Administrator and Ramsay facilities across Australia. In this role, you will support users of our incident management, reporting, and risk systems, as well as our national audit platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Ramsay's risk and incident management systems.
- Assist facilities with troubleshooting, user queries, and system navigation.
- Support audits through system setup, maintenance, and reporting assistance.
- Liaise with facility staff and vendors to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Assist with training, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
Essential
- Qualification in health science, health information management, or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of Incident management software and associated systems administration and reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of the clinical audit processes, software and associated governance of audit data
- Familiarity with data integrity practices
- Understanding of data reporting and usage within the private health sector
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the private health sector
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Proficient computer literacy with specific skills in risk management systems and
- Microsoft Office products
