PM, BA, Network, Development and DBA Staff for City Entity

Management Applications, Inc., a leading provider of Managed IT Services and Network Design and Implementation is seeking IT Professionals for positions with an entity in the City of Philadelphia, PA. Please submit a resume and salary requirements to be considered.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the IT industry, government or municipal work, working in Human Services, Child Protective Services, Child Welfare, etc. and some familiarity with Pennsylvania CPS and GPS law as outlined in Chapter 3490 Protective Services.

Infrastructure Support: Network, Security, Data Center Operations, Help Desk, Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, and Green Technology

Software Development and Support: Programming, Web Design and User Experience, Document Management, Geographic Information Services, Data Architecture, Data Warehouse, and Website (internal/external development and maintenance)

Package Implementation: Work Order Management, Human Resources, Financials, Procurement, Payroll, and Billing/Receivables

Open Positions

Project Managers: with extensive knowledge of cross-functional project management methodologies and tools, information technology applications, processes, software and equipment, along with ability to synthesize project information and establish the appropriate scope of a project and be able to communicate effectively with senior management. Technical skills required at an expert level include:

Business Analysts: with demonstrated ability to partner with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs, to translate business needs into formal, documented business requirements following specific methodologies and processes, to develop accurate and complex functional specifications, to create complex process flow diagrams to explain and document complex business issues to clients, and to identify and communicate impacts that technology may have on the business.
