Are you a hands-on leader with experience in epoxy flooring and site coordination? Join a well-respected, family-owned company that has built its reputation over decades delivering quality commercial flooring solutions across Sydney.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Site Leading Hand to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in leading on-site crews, maintaining job quality, and ensuring projects run on time and to spec.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise site teams across epoxy flooring installations
  • Coordinate daily tasks, site setup, and ensure materials are ready
  • Read and interpret site plans and job specifications
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Assist with hands-on application where needed

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in epoxy or resin flooring (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Understanding of floor preparation and coating techniques
  • White Card and valid driver's licence (essential)
  • Forklift or EWP licence (desirable)
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
  • Ability to travel to various job sites around Sydney

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
