Our beautifully designed and meticulously crafted apartments offer the perfect blend of style, comfort and value.To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.The OpportunityThis role is for a motivated and skilled Leading Hand who willoversee and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work aligns with agreed scopes, specifications, designs, and contracts.This key role works closely with the Site Manager and requires a proactive individual with the ability to exercise initiative and judgment to maintain the highest standards in safety, quality, scheduling, cost management, and environmental care.As aLeading Hand, you will be responsible for:Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring project timelines are metWorking under an experienced Site Manager, carrying out outlined dutiesCoordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standardConducting site inspections and reporting progressAssisting with hands-on work including safety installs when required.
