**About You**
- Experience in all aspects of food, beverage and events
- Ability to work in a team or independently at a fast pace
- Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service and attention to detail
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisor role
- Barrister qualified
- Ability to take the lead in running weddings, awards dinners and corporate conferences
- Mature and professional person with the ability to our service our café and functions departments
- Flexibility to work varied shifts on different times and days as we work on a 7 day roster, which also includes late night work based on clients requirements
- Basic First Aid / CPR Certificate; desirable
- Responsible Persons badge; desirable

**The Role**

We are seeking a vibrant, professional and self -motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team, predominately the Functions team.

You will be working closely with the Events and Front of House Manager and will be responsible for the operational aspects of our events department. This will include managing function setups, supervising events, leading teams for large events including weddings and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Providing 5 star customer service to our functions & events clients
- Running the operational side of events
- Supporting the Café department as required
- Set up & pack down of function rooms based on client requirements
- Assistance with recruitment and training of new staff
